Consultation Supervision, Peer Consultation, Trainings, and Workshops

Betrayal trauma and relational recovery work ask professionals to hold complexity with care.

Partners may arrive in shock, grief, anger, confusion, trauma responses, attachment injury, self-doubt, and a deep need for safety and reality. Couples may arrive wanting repair before there has been enough truth, accountability, or stabilisation. Professionals may find themselves trying to hold pain, pacing, risk, responsibility, and relational hope without bypassing harm.

I offer consultation supervision, peer consultation, trainings, and workshops for clinicians, therapists, counsellors, coaches, and helping professionals working with betrayal trauma, partner-sensitive care, boundaries, relational rupture, and early recovery couples work.

This is a space to slow down the complexity, think ethically, hold the partner’s reality with care, and support recovery without rushing repair.

Whether you are seeking consultation supervision, peer consultation, case reflection, or training, the work is grounded in trauma-informed, partner-sensitive, and relationally accountable care.

Why This Work Matters

Betrayal trauma is not simply a “relationship issue.”It can affect a partner’s sense of safety, reality, attachment, identity, body, boundaries, and ability to trust their own knowing.

When this work is not held carefully, partners can feel minimised, pathologised, rushed toward forgiveness, or pressured into relational repair before safety has been established.

Professionals supporting this work need frameworks that can hold both compassion and accountability.

We need to understand the impact of betrayal, the importance of pacing, the role of boundaries, the complexity of disclosure and impact work, and the conditions required before relational repair can be meaningfully explored.

Ways to work with me

Consultation Supervision for APSATS and ERCEM

I provide consultation supervision for APSATS and ERCEM professionals seeking support with certification requirements, framework integration, case conceptualisation, ethical reflection, and application of partner-sensitive and relational recovery models.

This may include consultation around betrayal trauma, partner impact, early recovery pacing, boundaries, disclosure preparation, impact work, relational repair, and the complexities of holding both the individual and relational systems with care.

Consultation supervision is not clinical supervision. I am not clinically responsible for your clients or your professional practice. You remain responsible for your clinical, coaching, ethical, and professional decisions, including the appropriateness of interventions and care provided to your clients.

Peer Supervision /
Consultation

Peer supervision and consultation offers a reflective space for professionals who are seeking thoughtful discussion, case reflection, ethical clarity, or support in holding complex betrayal trauma and relational recovery work.

This may be suitable for therapists, counsellors, coaches, clinicians, or colleagues who are not seeking APSATS or ERCEM consultation supervision, but would benefit from a trauma-informed, partner-sensitive consultation space.

Together, we may explore formulation, pacing, stuck points, client safety, boundaries, relational dynamics, professional dilemmas, and next steps.

Trainings and
Workshops

I offer trainings and workshops for professionals, organisations, and groups seeking a deeper understanding of betrayal trauma, partner-sensitive care, boundaries, relational rupture, and early recovery couples work.

Trainings can be designed around clinical concepts, coaching application, practical tools, experiential learning, case discussion, and professional integration.

Topics may include betrayal trauma foundations, boundaries after betrayal, partner-sensitive care, disclosure and impact work, early couples recovery, relational repair, accountability, and working with complexity without bypassing harm.
