My journey with self healing and self discovery started 6 years ago. I was in deep despair with my world turned upside down. The first year was a living hell fraught with anger, frustration and loneliness. Aarti, patiently with her unique sense of understanding, gentle probing, support and guidance brought me to stability, to a place that was able to set up boundaries (She is the master at boundaries). She has a deep commitment to each one of her clients and is dedicated to see them through the darkness and bring them to light. I was so lost when i walked through her doors, through her supportive varied therapy sessions i am beginning to find myself and see purpose in my life
